Kate Pyontek is writer, editor, and teacher. Kate has received fellowships from Brush Creek Foundation for the Arts and the Ellis-Beauregard Foundation and is an alumnus of the Kenyon Review Writers Workshop and the Tin House Winter Workshop. They hold a BA in Comparative Literature and History, a BS in Computer Science, and an MFA in Creative Writing. Kate's poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Poetry, Ecotone, Four Way Review, Southeast Review, Hunger Mountain, the lickety~split, and elsewhere. Kate currently lives in Boston and is working on a novel.
